Weather is the change in the air over a short period of time.

Climate is what it is generally like in one area in different seasons.

 The wind blows in the general direction of North east over North America?

4. What winds did European sailers use to get to South America and the islands north of it?
<p>
The  European sailors used the Northeasterly trade winds to get to South America and the islands north of it.

5.  How does the tilt of the Earth affect climate?  
<p>

If there is indirect sunlight than it is colder if there is direct sunlight. than it is hotter

6.  How does this relate to the Voyages of Columbus?  

<p> 
This relates to columbus because he used the same winds to get to the West Indies by sailing into the winds instead of against the wind.
